Refund policy
• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in original packaging.
• Personalized items (custom jewelry made from your child’s drawings) cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
